ingredients
1 cup biscuit/baking mix (e.g., Bisquick), PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
1 tablespoon biscuit/baking mix (e.g., Bisquick)
1/3 cup eggnog
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
directions
In a small bowl, combine biscuit mix and eggnog just until moistened. Turn on a lightly floured surface; knead 8-10 times.
Pat or roll out to 1/2" thickness; cut with a floured 2-1/2" biscuit cutter. Place 2" apart on a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 450 for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
