It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

To be honest, I just made this because I had a bunch of Cream Cheese I didn't want to go bad. So I used this recipe. This did NOT turn out the way I expected, but not in a bad way! This is very good, to describe the flavor the best I can, it tastes like a Sugar Cookie without the sugar. Very good, That was always my favorite part. I might suggest adding some honey in there somewhere, that would bring this recipe to a whole new level. Also, the lack of messiness is great too. Cleaning took only three or so minutes. I'm going to try it as a short of shortcake with strawberrys and maybe a bit of Ice Cream, but I'll try it without the latter first! This has very promising potential!
