reviews & comments
Cream cheese comes in 4oz., 8oz., 12oz. and 16 oz. packages. Which size do you use for this recipe?
The rule of thumb when a recipe doesn't specify a package size is to use the most "common" size. In this case, the most common size of cream cheese is the 8 ounce size. That amount is also consistent with other cheesecake recipes.
