Spam And Cream Cheese Mushrooms

ingredients
1 package (16 ounce size) nice sized whole mushrooms, remove stems and chop
1 container (8 ounce size) vegetable garden cream cheese, softened
1 can (12 ounce size) Spam luncheon meat
1 small onion, finely chopped
directions
Fry Spam and set aside. Wash mushrooms, dry with paper towel. Chop stems.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Saute onion and mushrooms stems and Spam. Blend with cream cheese. Stuff each mushroom cap with cream cheese mixture.
Place in a shallow baking dish and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
