The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

Graham Cracker Crust
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil margarine
Filling
24 ounces soft tofu
1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
directions
For Crust: Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and margarine. Mix until well combined. Press mixture evenly onto bottom of a 10 inch springform pan lined with baking parchment.
For Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine tofu, soy milk, maple syrup, vanilla and sugar. You can alternatively use a blender. Pour mixture over the crust.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until center looks set. Remove cake from oven. Chill uncovered overnight.
Top with sliced strawberries or other fruit.
