ingredients

1 cup chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
8 ounces Toblerone chocolate (milk or dark chocolate), melted, plus extra grated Toblerone for garnish
confectioner's sugar for garnish

directions

Combine the crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Place the springform pan in the refrigerator to chill.

Meanwhile, place the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.

Add the sugar, cream, and melted Toblerone to the cream cheese and beat on medium speed for another 2-3 minutes.

Pour the cream cheese mixture into the chilled crumb-lined springform pan. Place the pan back in the refrigerator and let chill for 2-3 hours or overnight.

When ready to serve, garnish with grated Toblerone chocolate and/or confectioners' sugar.

Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

You can get Toblerone at Costco Warehouse stores.

  2. ShelBell REVIEW:

Super easy to make and approved by my young boys! I rather enjoy Toblerone but had a hard time finding it here in the States so Amazon to the rescue. Simple ingredients make a great icebox pie for amateur pie-makers like myself. I'll be making this again. ;)

  3. Guest Foodie REVIEW:

I made this Cheesecake with the Toblerone Dark Chocolate a couple days ago for a Birthday present for my Daughter-in-law. I almost cried when I had to give it away. It looked so awesome and came out great. This was the very first Cheesecake I have ever made. She said it was sooooooooooooo good. Now I have to make one for myself and hubby. Licking the spoon and bowl just wasn't enough.

Delicious recipe! Completely addicting. You can use any good quality chocolate if you can't get toblerone. Very easy recipe too.

Toblerone is my favorite chocolate and I was so thrilled to make this recipe. It turned out very good and I love that it's a no-bake cheesecake.
