1 graham cracker pie crust
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
8 ounces whipped topping
strawberries, fresh (for garnish)
directions
Beat cheese until smooth, gradually beat in sugar. blend in sour cream and vanilla.
Fold in whipped topping, blending well. Spoon into crust.
Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish with fresh strawberries for garnish.

I happen to know that this is very good because I used to make this for my children many years ago. I lost the original recipe then forgot all about it. The way I served it was to put a Nilla Wafer in a paper lined cupcake tin, then fill with the filling, top with your choice of fruit, chill, viola, individual cheesecakes. Thanks for the memories, now I'll make them for grandkids!

Great easy delious recipe a big hit. My only suggestion is to make sure items are at room temperature for smooth mixture.

excellent easy inexpensive delicious recipe.i let my ingredients get close to room temperature before mixing for smoother mixing.
This is a really good, easy cheesecake. My grandson always requests it now when he comes over. We like it with mini chocolate chips added in.

easy, easy recipe. it was absolutely wonderful, regardless of how much i doubted it at first. excellent. i added red sugar as a topping, to make it prettier.

This recipe is great! It literally takes like five minutes to prepare and is delicious. I was concerned because it didn't call for as many ingredients as other recipes and the whole "no bake" thing, but it is awesome!!
