1 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoon orange zest, grated
1/4 cup Kahlua or other coffee-flavor liqueur
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 chocolate wafer pie crust (8-inch size), baked
1 package (4 ounce size) instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
1/2 cup roasted almonds, diced
directions
In a medium bowl, combine milk, Kahlua, and pudding mix. Beat with an electric mixer on low, 1 minute. Fold in orange zest and whipped cream.
Turn mixture into crumb crust, spreading evenly. Sprinkle almonds over top. Refrigerate for 1 hour or longer, until set.
