A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.

I made this for a fellow teacher's birthday who likes to watch her carbs. It was delicious and even people who aren't watching their carbs wanted the recipe. I put a dab of whipped cream on each serving. I used pecans in the crust.
