1 cup oil
1 1/3 cup honey
4 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups carrots, grated
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup coconut
directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large mixing bowl. Put batter in a large greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
