2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 cup salad oil
4 eggs
2 cups finely grated carrots
1 can (8.5 ounce size) crushed pineapple (well drained)
directions
Mix ingredients in the order given. Pour into lightly greased 7-1/2 x 11-1/2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 1 hour.
