Reminiscent of the famous cocktail, this Harvey Wallbanger cake starts with an orange cake mix and adds Galliano, a sweet yellow liqueur, for added flavor and color.

ingredients
1 package orange cake mix (2 layer size)
1 package (3.75 ounce size) instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup Galliano
6 ounces orange juice
1 ounce vodka
Glaze
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vodka
1 teaspoon Galliano
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Empty orange cake mix and vanilla pudding mix in a large bowl. Blend in eggs, cooking oil, and Galliano. Mix at high speed for 2 minutes until well mixed.
Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube pan or 2 (9-inch) cake pans and bake for 30 minutes in a 9-inch pan or 45 minutes in fluted pan. Cool 10 minutes in pan, remove to cake rack and pour on glaze.
For Glaze: Mix together and drizzle on cake.
