Easy Slow Cooker Yellow Cake

ingredients
2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 eggs
directions
Heat crock pot on high while preparing ingredients. Combine the flour, cream of tartar, and salt.
Cream together the butter, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour and butter mixtures until just mixed. Place in well greased coffee can. Cover loosely with foil. Place can in crock pot.
Cover; bake for 3 hours on high or until cake tests done. Remove from crock pot and let cool in can on a rack for 10 minutes. Remove from can and let cool completely.
