2 pounds stew beef
2 cans (15 ounce size) golden mushroom soup
1 packet dry onion soup mix
3/4 cup dry vermouth
directions
Cut the beef into bit size cubes. Place beef in baking dish. Mix together the mushroom soup, onion soup and vermouth and stir into the beef.
Bake for 3 hours at 325 degrees F, uncovered. Add additional vermouth if the stew is too dry. Serve over noodles.
