ingredients
1 can (16 ounce size) tomatoes, coarsely chopped and undrained
1 tablespoon chili seasoning
1 1/2 cup frozen whole-kernel corn, thawed
3 cups chopped raw potatoes
1 can (8 ounce size) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
16 ounces lean round steak, cut into 24 pieces
directions
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine undrained tomatoes and chili seasoning. Add corn, potatoes, kidney beans, onion, carrots, and celery. Mix well to combine.
Stir in steak pieces. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Mix well before serving.

A little on the bland side after the long cooking time. I added some additional chili seasoning in and let it heat for another 20 minutes and that helped.
