1-2 hrs
ingredients
6 ounces fettuccine pasta, uncooked
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
4 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 jar (14 ounce size) pizza sauce
1/3 cup sliced pepperoni
directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 2 9-inch glass pie plates.
Bring a pan of salted water to a rolling boil. Break the pasta into 2 to 3-inch pieces and add the boiling water. Stir, then let the pasta cook for 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain well.
Place the eggs in a large bowl and whisk well. Add the milk, half of the cheese, and the garlic powder and mix well. Stir in the drained pasta and mix until it is coated in the egg mixture.
Divide the pasta between the greased pie plates. Place in the oven and bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes, or until set.
Remove the pie plates from the oven and reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees F.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over both pies. Sprinkle half of the remaining cheese over each pasta crust, and then evenly top each with the sliced pepperoni.
Return the fettuccine pizzas to the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the fettuccine pizzas from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
