Linguine with Triple-Creme Cheese and Cherry Tomatoes

ingredients
1/2 package (1 pound size) linguine
4 ounces triple-creme cheese (such as St. Andre, Explorateur or Brie, rind removed and discarded, cheese torn into small chunks)
2 cups quartered red and yellow cherry tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
directions
Cook pasta as package label directs until al dente.
In a large serving bowl, mix cheese, tomatoes, pepper and salt. Ladle 1/4 cup pasta water into bowl with cheese mixture; stir until cheese melts.
Drain pasta and add to cheese mixture. Toss. Sprinkle with chopped herbs, then toss again.
