ingredients
1/3 cup McCormick Grill Mates barbecue seasoning
1 teaspoon McCormick California style garlic salt with parsley
1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet Collection chipotle chili powder (or to taste)
4 pounds pork baby back ribs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup maple syrup
directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix barbecue seasoning, garlic salt and chipotle chile pepper in small bowl. Lightly rub ribs with oil and generously season both sides with seasoning mixture.
Place ribs in single layer on foil-lined roasting pan. Pour water into pan; cover tightly with foil.
Bake 1 hour or until meat starts to pull away from bones.
Transfer ribs to grill and baste with maple syrup. Grill over medium-high heat 1 to 2 minutes per side or until browned.
