Pineapple-Coconut-Walnut Cake

ingredients
CAKE
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 can (20 ounce size) crushed pineapple with juice
CREAM CHEESE ICING
1/4 pound margarine
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
directions
CAKE: Mix all ingredients for cake together. Grease but do not flour 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
ICING: Combine all ingredients for icing; mix well until creamy. Spread on cooled cake.

I have made this cake twice in the last month. It was a big hit for both parties. A friend gave me this recipe and I have past the recipe on several times.
