1 refrigerated single pie crust
FILLING
1 carton fat-free cholesterol-free egg substitute product
3/4 cup fat-free milk
1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 box (9 ounce size) frozen cut broccoli, thawed, well drained
1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat monterey jack cheese
directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie pan as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie.
In large bowl with wire whisk, mix egg product, milk, sour cream, onion, thyme and salt until well blended. Layer broccoli and cheeses in crust-lined pan. Pour egg mixture over top.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
