Holiday Eggnog, Spinach, And Sausage Quiche

ingredients
1/4 pound mild breakfast sausage
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup eggnog
1 un-baked pie crust
1 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup grated mild Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
1/8 cup chopped leeks
directions
Brown sausage, breaking into small pieces. Set aside.
Beat together eggs and egg nog.
Pour half of the egg mixture over the spinach and leeks in the un-baked pie crust. Sprinkle half of each cheese on coated spinach and leeks. Pour remaining egg mixture on top. Sprinkle cooked sausage on top and top with remaining cheese.
Bake in 400 degrees F oven for 25 minutes.
