ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash ground ginger
1/2 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut in 1" cubes
1 small green bell pepper, cut 1/2-inch thick
2 cans (8 ounce size) pineapple chunks in juice, drained

directions
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder and ginger. Remove half of the marinade to a small bowl and set aside for basting.
Add chicken to the remaining marinade. Stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Drain and discard marinade from the chicken. Thread chicken, green pepper and pineapple onto wooden toothpicks. Place on a microwave-safe plate. Add honey to the reserved marinade.
Microwave kabobs on high for 5-6 minutes or until chicken juices run clear, turning occasionally.
Baste with reserved marinade during the last minute of cooking.

Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.
