ingredients
24 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
24 wooden skewers
2 tablespoons margarine, imitation
2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
directions
Pound chicken breasts thin, then cut each breast evenly so that you have 24 equal strips. Thread chicken on skewers. Wrap exposed end of skewers with foil. Arrange in marinading pan.
Melt margarine in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in paprika, Tabasco and garlic. Brush over chicken. Let stand for 30 minutes, turning several times.
Broil for 5 minutes, turning once. Serve with blue cheese or ranch salad dressing.
