ingredients
1 package (8 ounce size) vermicelli
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
6 green onions (sliced)
1 large carrot (shredded)
1 green bell pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
directions
Prepare vermicelli. Cook mushrooms, green onions, green pepper and carrot in hot oil until tender.
Spoon mixture in vermicelli. Add soy sauce, sugar and crushed red pepper. Toss gently.
