ingredients
12 ounces fresh watermelon
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup triple sec
1 ounce grenadine
3/4 cup watermelon vodka
7 drops red food coloring
For Garnish
4 slices orange
4 maraschino cherries
directions
Rough chop fresh watermelon and put in blender. Add orange juice concentrate, triple sec, grenadine and watermelon vodka. Puree until smooth. Add red coloring.
To serve, fill cocktail shaker with ice and cocktail. Shake not less than 30 seconds until very cold.
Fill martini glasses and float orange slice gently on top. Place maraschino cherry in middle of orange slice.
