Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

Pretty close to a classic marg, but a splash of orange juice sets it apart. This recipe goes with a standard salt rim, but a sugar rim is a great alternative for those with a bit of a sweet tooth.

1 lime wedge, for garnish
Kosher salt
1 cup ice cubes
1 tablespoon Cointreau
2 tablespoons tequila
1 tablespoon Grand Marnier liqueur
1/4 cup old-fashioned lemonade or Margarita mix
1 teaspoon fresh orange juice
Run the lime wedge around the rim of a Margarita glass and then dip the rim into a saucer containing the salt so that the rim of the glass is coated.
Place the ice in a cocktail shaker and add the Cointreau, tequila, Grand Marnier, lemonade and orange juice. Shake for 30 seconds and then strain into the salted Margarita glass (Alternatively, for a Margarita "on the rocks," add ice to the glass and pour in the strained cocktail).

What's the secret ingredient in these cakes? Pudding mix. It not only adds flavor but it gives the cake a richer, creamier texture. No one will know your secret ingredient!
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
