If you love margaritas then you have to try this copycat recipe from Rosa Mexicano made with pomegranate juice.

2 ounces white tequila
1/2 ounce triple sec
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon fresh or bottled pomegranate juice
6 ounces ice (or more)
1 lime wheel or wedge, for garnish
Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy. Serve in a chilled glass and garnish with lime.

I'm in love with pom juice and this margarita is delicious even without the tequila! It's also so pretty with the contrast of the pom juice and lime wedge on the glass.
