Sweet Potato Pineapple Casserole

ingredients
6 boiled & mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
1/4 cup margarine
directions
Boil potatoes with skins on. Peel and mash potatoes. Combine pineapple, margarine, and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils for 1 minute. Reserve enough of the mixture to cover top of casserole.
Combine the remainder of the mixture with the mashed sweet potatoes. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes.
