Southern Mayonnaise Bread

1 cup self rising flour
1 cup skim milk
3 tablespoons mayonnaise, fat-free
directions
Blend all ingredients together. Drop by tablespoons into muffin pan sprayed with fat-free cooking spray.
Bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes or until brown.

Just one small point, these are really more like biscuits than bread. However, they are really good and moist. Mayo in baked goods is a great addition because it adds good fat to the recipe.
