3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/8 cup vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon BBQ dry rub
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl until well mixed. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours before using.
Use on grilled chicken, pork, or as a dipping sauce.
