Chipotle Chicken Noodle Soup

ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
3 cups water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped
1 cup frozen egg noodles
1 cup fresh diced tomatoes
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
directions
In oil in a large saucepan, cook onion and garlic until tender. Add chicken and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add water, bouillon, chipotle pepper and noodles. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in tomatoes and sugar.
