mayonnaise
mustard
1 slice bologna
1 piece mozzarella string cheese
directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spread inside of hot dog bun with mayonnaise and/or mustard. Roll bologna around cheese stick. Place inside hot dog bun.
Wrap the entire bologna cheese dog in foil. Place in the oven and heat for 5-6 minutes or until the cheese is soft.
You can also wrap it in a paper towel and place on a plate and microwave at 50% power for 1-2 minutes or until soft.

My kids wanted hot dogs but we were out. Made this instead and they thought they were great! I did heat the bologna rollup just a little so the cheese got a little soft first.
