Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

30-60 minutes
ingredients
20 dill chips
8 ounces cream cheese
2 pepperoncinis
8 jalapeno slices
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon pickle juice
2 zesty kosher dill strips
1 package corn won tons (in squares)
directions
Combine cream cheese and all other ingredients except the won tons in a food processor. Blend until everything is chopped fine, and cream cheese is creamy.
Take won tons and lay to side. Boil about a cup of hot water, use a knife and dip tip in hot water. Rub knife around edges of won ton. Place approximately 1 tablespoon of mixture in the middle of each won ton. Fold won ton up and pinch the ends together to seal. Make sure it is good and closed.
Drop won tons in a 350 degrees F deep fryer. Cook for about 3 minutes or until golden brown. Cool just a little, and serve!

A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.
