Orange Juice Cake

ingredients
2 1/4 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon soda
1/2 cup butter
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons grated orange rind
3 tablespoons milk
3/4 cup orange juice
Orange Juice Frosting
1/2 cup butter
3 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup frozen concentrated orange juice
directions
Measure flour. Add baking powder, salt and soda. Cream butter and orange rind. Gradually add sugar, creaming together until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Then add flour and milk, alternating. Then add orange juice, beating after each addition until smooth.
Pour into round cake pans. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes.
Orange Juice Frosting: Cream butter, sugar and orange juice. Beat until smooth.
