2 quarts unpeeled cucumbers, sliced thin
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons pickling salt
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
directions
Mix well, let stand for 3 hours. Drain well. Do not rinse.
Put in plastic containers or zip lock bags. Take out of freezer 2-3 hours before using.
