1/2 cup cider vinegar 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon celery seed 1/4 teaspoon mustard seed 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce 1 can (12 ounce size) whole kernel corn drained 2 tablespoons minced green bell pepper 1 tablespoon chopped drained pimiento 1 tablespoon minced onion
directions
Combine first five ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil: stirring constantly until sugar melts. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in hot sauce, corn, green pepper, pimiento and onion. Transfer to a bowl. Cover and chill.
