1 quart green tomatoes, peeled and chopped fine 1 quart cabbage, chopped 1 quart green and red bell pepper, chopped 1 pint onions, chopped 2 tablespoons salt 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 pint vinegar 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 1/2 teaspoon allspice

Measure vegetables after running through food chopper. Mix and add salt. Pour boiling water over and let stand 30 minutes.
Drain out all water. Add sugar, vinegar, cinnamon and allspice. Boil 15 minutes. Seal in hot jars.
