Like the previous reviewer said, this tastes nothing like the original....I used Coca cola....the sweet taste does not belong.....very disappointing

  2. momallen REVIEW:

This Chili did NOT taste a thing like Steak N Shake Chili. I've been eating it for 40 years, and this doesn't compare. It has a sweet flavor that just doesn't belong. It has to come from the Cola because that's the only sweet thing in it. I'm very disappointed because I specifically went to the store and bought all the ingredients; not cheap. And then spent over an hour fixing it. I think if the Cola was left out it might be better.

    • You don't mention which brand of cola you used, but that could definitely change the taste depending on which one was used.
