Mississippi Chili

ingredients
2 large onions, coarsely chopped, more to taste
4 ribs celery, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
oil
1 1/2 pound coarsely ground beef
2 tablespoons chili powder, more to taste
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, more to taste
1 can (24 ounce size) tomato juice
2 cans (15 ounce size) kidney beans
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Saute onions, celery and garlic in small amount of oil. Transfer to deep pot. Brown meat and add to pot. Add seasoning and tomato juice and mix.
Drain kidney beans and reserve liquid. Add bean liquid to pot, and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 2 hours.
Finally, add kidney beans and simmer until thick.
