40 pounds choice ground sirloin
10 pounds sweet Italian sausage
10 pounds hot Italian sausage
40 green bell peppers, chopped
40 white onions, chopped
20 jumbo cans diced tomatoes
3 cans kidney beans (or more, if desired)
1 jar mild chunky salsa
1 jar spicy chunky salsa
garlic and spices
1 regular-size chocolate candy bar, chopped
olive oil
directions
Sizzle the garlic in olive oil, dump in the veggies, then caramelize them before throwing in the meat in small batches.
Then add tomatoes, salsa, spices and finally the chocolate.
