Stuffed, Bacon Wrapped Banana Peppers

ingredients
1 small chopped tomato
1 small chopped onion
1 medium chopped bell pepper
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 small jalapeno pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons sweet pepper relish
1/4 pound bacon
12 banana peppers, with seeds removed
directions
Wash peppers. Make slice down one side and remove seeds.
Mix all ingredients except banana pepper and bacon. Stuff peppers, wrap bacon slice around.
Bake at 375 degrees F until bacon is cooked.
