1/2 cup apple juice, at room temperature
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 cup peeled and chopped Granny Smith apples
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoon bread machine yeast
directions
Combine all the ingredients in the bread machine in the order recommended by your machine manufacturer.
Select the white bread setting with a light crust.
When the bake cycle is complete, remove the pan from the machine and let cool for 5 minutes. Remove the bread from the pan and place on a wire rack to cool for one hour before slicing.
Store the bread in an airtight container for up to 5 days (or freeze).
