1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
2/3 cup warm water
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 3/4 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/2 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/3 cup raisins
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
directions
Combine all the ingredients in the bread machine in the order recommended by your machine manufacturer.
Set the machine for basic/white bread with a light crust.
When the bake cycle completes, remove the bread from the pan and let cool on a wire rack for 1 hour before slicing.
Store the bread in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
