Pomegranate and Tahini Sauce

ingredients
1/2 cup pomegranate molasses
1/4 cup tahini *
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, mashed
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 lemon, zest of
salt, to taste
directions
Whisk all ingredients together into a smooth paste. If the sauce is too thick, add a couple tablespoons of water.
* Tahini is pureed sesame seed paste, available at most grocery and health food stores.
