ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream or whole milk yogurt
1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 orange, juice of (or more for a thinner consistency)

Combine the mayo and sour cream until smooth. Stir in the minced chipotle pepper and cilantro. Stir in the orange juice until the desired consistency is reached.

I love this simple recipe. I've been using it for a few months. Every Thursday my daughter and I have 'street taco night', and I drizzle this on my tacos. I use lime instead of orange. It's awesome !!
