Sausage Supreme

Ingredients:
1 pound ground sausage
1 small onion, diced
4 potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 can (10.75 ounce size) Cheddar cheese soup
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoons water
Directions:
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and onion and cook, stirring, until the sausage is browned. Drain off any excess grease.
Combine the sausage, onions, and potatoes in the crock pot.
In a bowl, combine the cheese soup, cream of mushroom soup, and water and mix until smooth. Pour over the ingredients in the crock pot and stir gently.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 5-6 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
