Ingredients: 5 potatoes, sliced 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled 3 ounces freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup salt and pepper, to taste
Directions: Grease the inside of the crock pot.
Alternate layers of potatoes, bacon, and Parmesan until the ingredients are used up.
Pour the cream of mushroom soup over all.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 5-6 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
