Carrot Cake Frosting

Ingredients:
1 package (1 pound size) confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup softened butter or margarine
1 package (8 ounce size) softened cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, optional

Directions:
Combine the confectioners' sugar, butter, and cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed with an electric mixer until everything is creamy.

Stir in the vanilla and chopped nuts. Frost cooled carrot cake (or cupcakes).
