
One Pan Banana Bread

1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3  eggs
2 1/3 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan. 
 Combine the oil, bananas, vanilla, eggs, baking mix, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer until blended. Stir in the chopped nuts by hand. 
 Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Place the pan in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 55-60 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the middle comes out only slightly moist. 
 Remove the pan from the oven and let cool before slicing. 
 Store the bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2-3 days.
