Ingredients: 1 pound steak 2 cloves garlic 1 green bell pepper 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 med-sized white onion 3 tablespoons soy sauce 2 teaspoons fresh minced ginger 1/2 teaspoon crushed, dried red pepper
Directions: Slice the steak about 1/2 inch thick. Peel garlic and mince with a sharp knife. Remove the stem and seeds from green pepper and slice lengthwise into 1/4 inch strips.
Wash the mushrooms by wiping with damp cloth and slice paper thin. Peel the onion and slice into 1/4 inch thick rings.
Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker; stir well. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
